A typical fully welded trunnion mounted ball valve, BW ends, gear operated, forged steel 3 piece split body.
The fully welded trunnion ball valve has a fully welded body which eliminates any possible leakage through body joints hence it is quite suitable for long-distance pipeline transport of oil & gas or low-emission required toxic media as well as buried/ underground service. Generally, Metals Valve’s fully welded ball valves are furnished with butt welding(BW) ends, either soft or metal seated. Flanged end connections RF or RTJ are available upon request. If the valve is used for underground service, extended stem and bonnet will be provided. In order to avoid the heat effect during installation/ welding, extended welding ends can be furnished and post weld heat treatment(PWHT) shall be carefully implemented.

The processing of the sphere is tracked and tested by an advanced computer detector, so the processing accuracy of the sphere is high.
Because the material of the valve body is the same as the material of the pipeline, there will be no uneven stress, no deformation due to earthquakes and vehicles passing through the ground, and the pipeline is resistant to aging.
The sealing ring body is made of 25% Carbon (carbon) RPTFE material, which guarantees no leakage (0%).
Directly-buried welded ball valves can be buried directly in the ground, without the need to build tall and large valve wells, only small shallow wells need to be set up on the ground, greatly saving construction costs and engineering time.
According to the construction and design requirements of the pipeline, the length of the valve body and the height of the valve stem can be adjusted.
The processing accuracy of the sphere is very precise, the operation is light, and there is no bad interference.
Using high-grade raw materials, it can keep the pressure above PN25.
Compared with products of the same specifications in the same industry, the valve body is small and the appearance is beautiful.
In order to ensure the normal operation and use of the valve, the service life is more than 20 years.

The all-welded ball valve is welded with a seamless steel tube. The entire valve is bolt-free and has no external leakage due to handling collisions and casting sand holes. It is lightweight and easy to transport and install. Because the seat is designed to be loaded by springs or butterfly springs, it is adaptable to changes in pressure and temperature, and does not create any leakage during the pressure and temperature range.
